yeah thats the thing i notice right off. he throws in slow motion and seems to like to fight in the inside more. he seems to wear his opponent down and overwhelm them with workrate similar to what Povetkin tries to do. very average power. high guard defense. very good to the body. seems to have good stamina. chin is the big question since he has never been hit by a good puncher. this has blowout written all over it. let's just hope wlad has worked up enough courage to throw actual punches and not slaps :yep
Wlad by Brutal knockout, I'm saying the 7th round. Wlad should come out and try to prove something this time around, and throw more than a handful of rights in the fight. As for the Peter haters, Samuel has been a tough oppenent for anyone over the last couple years, not even Wlad looked good against him, falling all over the place, and holding on to him for half the fight. Sam is steadily improving which each fight, and even if you hate him, you must admit he's been stepping up to the plate and trying to fight as often as possible, it's fighters like Maskaev and Vitali thats held him up over the last few years.
That was amazing, but I think Wlad was so cautious with Peter, that he was not putting his full force into those shots.........he was weary to get countered and dropped. But as for Tompson, he'll last about as long as Austin did. :good Wlad is out to wipe clean the Ibragimov decision win with a good ol fashion KO.............BOOOM...........THUD.....!
His hand was not broken but merly swollen due to him hitting his trainer on the elbow,,,, but the eardrum is a fact verfied be HBO:good
Which is funny since the fight was on Showtime. Fact is that after the fight Peter and his people claimed anything from a busted eardrum to a broken hand to two broken hands.
:rofl I like the way the mouthpiece in your avatar makes it look like Peter has huge friggin' lips....................priceless. :thumbsup :yep
It was one friggin' fight, one in which the other guy took no chances either. I expect this one to be more like Klitschko vs. Austin :bbb
BS. Wlad already beat Peter. Since then, Wlad has fought for the IBF belt and the WBO belt and beaten three #1 contenders. Peter did not exactly try to get a fight with Wlad either. Since their fight, he took a tuneup and then immediately went after the WBC belt. Peter is supposed to be fighting Vitali next and Wlad has two mandatories to take care of. After that, I´m sure Wlad will be happy to fight Peter again.
Holmes like jab???? Dude get off of his dick Holmes had one of the best jabs EVER. p.s. Lakers elimination tonight.
Calm down, I think he was being sarcastic just to **** off the peter fans like myself, he's known Wlad fan.
The occasional boring fight doesn't affect my opinion of a fighter, but Wlad should win this one in a much more exciting fashion than the Sultan snoozefest. Hopefully Thompson comes to fight as well and not just to survive.
