Wlad Klitscho: "If he is going to keep doing what he is doing, he will be champion for sure," "I think he has amazing potential. He needs to learn, but that will come. I think he has the size and the weight. He's built like a modern professional warrior and athlete. He has good technique and good amateur background, which is important," said Klitschko, a 1996 Olympic gold medalist. "He is an Olympic champion, but he doesn't carry himself as Olympic champion like, 'I'm so cool.' He is very humble. He learns. He asks a lot of questions and he is very open-minded and wants to learn. I enjoyed having him in camp." Klitschko said they sparred about 15 rounds together. "He did very, very good," Klitschko said.
He looking very much like a young wlad. But hopefully hell learn there's a bit more to boxing than just offense. The bigger the fighter , the more openings in his defense, and the lower level of dexterity and coordination. Wlad didn't learn until the Sanders fight because his lack of coordination wasn't and issue BC his competition didn't realize he couldn't cover the holes. As a Joshua fan.....I hope he learns from wlads mistakes so he can avoid a couple embarrassing L's to B level fighters
Joshua looks like an athletic beginner to me. Cannot throw a straight right properly. Very much hyped. In his favour, there ain't much else out there.
