Yes, it is. Other than the porterhouse and a few ingredients (such as cheese used, and avocado - and I'm certain he needs the extra fat/calories it provides), it's pretty much all very lean protein.
A guy like Wlad could eat all day.pretty much what he wants,and still be in pretty good shape. Natural athlete and trains the house down. Its like Phelps. The guys used to eat whole Pizzas during the day,simply because he burned so many calories. Those meals are extremely healthy though.
