Yeah - I would have to give it to Wlad too.

But this is a fight that would never happen.

    Agility - Wlad
    Strength - Vitali
Chin - VITALI VITALI VITALI VITALI
    Defense - Vitali
    Reflexes - Vitali
    Speed - Wlad
    Quickness - Wlad
    Durability - Wlad
    Confidence - Vitali
    Combination punching - Wlad
    jab - Wlad
    right - Wlad
    hook - Wlad
    footwork - Wlad
    Stamina - Same

    Overall Offense - Wlad
    Overall Defense - Vitali

H2H against each other - Vitali wins
H2H against others - Vitali wins

Basically every advantage that Wlad has which is necessary to beat the rest of the division Vitali also has. Only, Vitali doesn't have the vulnerability.

Dawg - this is providing that he makes it to the ring - with no injuries.

    Which is highly unlikely.

Now - if we're talking about both of them at their best - I would go with Vitali.

But if we're talking about them as of right now - I'm going with Wlad.

Vitali has an Iron chin and a big punch. As well as having good skills himself, Wlad's chin would let him down at some point.

    Vitali KO

I agree 100% with this post. As you will see I added in "Durability" and put Wlad. Training Camp is just a horrible stylistic matchup for Vitali. It his career Training Camp is 12,000 wins with 12,000,101 losses but he seems to KO Vitali every time :deal

Vitali is much better. Can you imagine Wlad going 6 rounds with Lewis?!

I think Vitli has a better chin and was a harder puncher and Wlad has better all around boxing skills. I can see an early round ko for Vitli but as the rounds go on I favor Wlad by decision or late round stopage.

Prime for prime, Vitali kills Wlad. Vitali would swarm Wlad and power punch the **** out of Wlad until he has one of his famous panic attacks, and by the second round Wlads stamina is all but shot, and Vitali would finish Wlad off Corrie Sanders style.

Right now, I cant say who wins. Vitali hasnt been in the ring in over 3 years, and I heard he has been knocked down by one sparring partner and out by another, I think Vitali is done as a championship fight IMO.

Wlad's jab, speed and overall skill level is SLIGHTLY better than Vitali's but Vitali's advantage is HUGE in every other aspect exists.

-One of the best chins in HW history
-One of the biggest punch in the last 50 years
    -Also stronger physically
    -Far better chin
    -Far better stamina
-Not that accurate but stronger jab
    -Better punch output
-Better punch variety (since Wlad’s days with Steward)
    -Better aggressive arsenal (since Steward)
-little bit of better defense before Wlad met Steward - but Wlad hasn't been pushed to the limit lately so we just can’t tell how good that jab-jab-jab-jab-jab-jab-jab-jab-jab-right hand tactic would be against a skilled, quick, big opponent. The Ibragimov fight will answer some questions however stylistically, power and speedwise I think Chagaev, Haye, Povetkin and maybe Solis (too early to tell) would be a bigger threat (Haye can take a punch little bit better and hits as hard as Wlad - I don't say he would defeat him, from that list I wouldn't pick anyone but they would have a better chance to deliver that deciding blow. Better chance than Ibragimov, and Sultan still can pull it off.)

Vitali would massacre his lil’bro if the two would met in their prime (no injuries) and Vitali would beat (and actually beat) the better opposition and his defeats weren’t so horrible (two injuries, ahead on the scorecards).

I think Lewis would’ve defeated Vitali in 6, Wladimir in two in their prime as Lewis wasn’t a bad starter, and he started slowly against Vitali. But when the late and overweight Lewis stepped up he started to land those monstrous uppercuts. Lewis wouldn’t have needed two of those against Wladimir and I think his power jab could’ve knocked Wlad out. Any other boxer in the past 25 years would've had MAJOR problems with the Klitschko-bros. and only some of them could’ve defeated BOTH.

Wladimir on points or TKO in the later rounds. Vitali is overrated. Wladimir has improved his stamina and boxing skills with Emanuel Steward in the corner.

Don“t forget what Lewis did. Wladimir can do the same.

But this fight will never happend. Vitali is retired and the brohters never fight each ohter.

Yes. That heavy, out for a year, undertrained Lewis would get starched by straight right hands from Wladimir.

Can you picture Wladimir losing to a feather-fisted slapper like Byrd?

Can you picture Wlad running from his mandatory like Daniel Larusso from the Cobra Khans and being forced by the WBC to fight him?

    Nyet.

I lean toward Wlad in this one. Quicker, harder puncher, more accurate. While Vitali has the better chin, I don't think Wlad's is quite as bad as people think. I believe that a lot of his chin issues stem from confidence. Since Emmanuel Steward, that's become much less of an issue for him - chin and confidence.

It's concievable that Vitali blows him out, but realistically, I see Wlad beating Vitali to the punch for 12 rounds and winning a fairly wide decision. Vitali might rock or even drop Wlad, but I see Wlad hanging on and staying in the fight. Wlad 8 rounds to 4.

Actually Wlad's glass chin has been exposed just as much under Manny's watch, he was knocked down 3 times and rocked a couple times in the Peter fight, he was also floored against Williamson, and Wlads first fight under Manny's watch Brewster rocked Wlad with a jab early on, that made Roy Jones make fun of him during the HBO telecast, and he was later TKO'd in that fight. He has been down 5 times and TKO'd once under Manny's watch, he was TKO'd 2 times and knocked down 5 times not under Manny's watch, almost the same right?
