Wlad vs 70's contenders

    The 70ies contenders are not better then contenders from another era. Klitschko beats all of them convincingly. Foreman in the first rounds and ali are the only ones with serious chances. Frazier is too small.

    in the 70's you had guys like Stander, Daniels, Peralta, Spinks, Evangilista, Dunn, Coopman, wepner a real whose who

    get title shots, i think he would KO all those guys

    frazier was convincibly beaten by foreman because he went toe to toe slugging it out with frazier and his immense power was too much.wlad wouldnt he would try jab him to death frazier had excellent movement on the way in,he would be more than a handful for wk.vk would be more of a threat to frazier

    Klitschko is capable of beating anyone from the 70's, yes even Leon Spinks.

    Sanders had more handspeed and athleticsm then most of the 70's fighters except for Ali. Frazier is 2 small 4 Waldo who carries serious firepower in both hands.

    The fighters I'd favor over Wlad?

    Ali, Foreman, Frazier, Holmes, Lyle.

    50/50
    Shavers, Quarry, Young, Norton

    Everyone else I think he beats.

    liston had one of the best jabs in heavyweight history.ko power in both hands.solid chin in his prime and would be a nightmare for vlad.if wlad is gunshy against the likes of ibragimov what would he be like with liston frazier etc.completly different leagues of fighter than anything wlad has ever faced

    Ali was shot by then and even still with Parkinson's and all beat Spinks in the rematch.
    Foreman got beat by the greatest HW contender in HW history.
    Martin was a huge puncher and Liston was past his prime.
    Frazier being a small fry proved he could hang with the big boys and lost to 2 of the greatest HW's in their primes.
    Wlad got ko'd by a journeyman, a golfer, and dropped multiple times by a limited puncher. Wlad would get layed out flat by Shavers, Lyle, and Foreman. These guys wouldn't get into a boxing match and fear him like today's HW's. And these guys can go 15 rounds. Vitali is the only one worthy today and even he would have trouble. He wasn't dominating Byrd like many say contenders back then would keep fighting with one arm. They wouldn't stop fighting or give up because of a little boo boo.
