Wlad vs Bowe

Riddick Bowe by knockout. There's no way Wlad stays out of harms way in this one, not with Bowe's speed and reach. And he's not going to be able to take one of Bowe's best shots.

Can't see an argument for Wlad winning personally, the style match up is a nightmare for him.

 

Bowe destroys him.

 

Bowe is the most overated heavy weight champ ever, won 1 good fight against holyfield, completely **** scared of Lewis , dont undersatnd this thing about how bowe could have done this and done that, means **** all, he did nothing

 

Bowe's inside game would be key. Bowe, for a big man was brilliant on the inside. WALDO wouldn't just be able to grab Bowe and lean on him. Bowe would have been to aggressive and WALDO would not be able to cope. As soon as Bowe started to land with regularity, it would spell a painful end. He also had a fairly good chin and a big heart to go with it. Poor style match up in my opinion.

 

Yeah, he did **** all in the grand scheme of things, but prime Bowe, on his day........there aren't many heavyweights with that kind of speed, power or athleticism. Do you not think that Bowe, with that jab, power, speed of foot, and those long arms could not reach Wlad's chin with a 1-2? I think that's a certainty IMO. No way the Bowe that fought Holyfield would not find Wlads chin with a bomb.

 

I Do think the Bowe when he fought Holyfield would have beaten Wlad, and the Bowe on that day was a great fighter, and i liked Bowe, i just got very pissed off with him and his talking **** all the time, and that knob manager he had, so i think my judgement is a little wrong here,

 

Bowe would smash Wlad, he'd get on the inside and take him to pieces.

 

This is no walk in the park for Bowe. wlad has proven excellent boxing ability which will provide bowe with a lot of problems

Yeah, I don't like Bowe much myself. His being dead cocky and calling out Lennox and that, only to not fight him really does **** me off, looking back. I wasn't even around when that was going on, but I still dislike him for it

Bowe for me for all of the reasons stated.

Any less than the best Bowe though and Wlad would beat him.

 

Bowe is a nightmare for Wlad. He's just too tough and too rough. Whilst he was exceptionally skilled, his ability to win a proper fight is the reason Wlad would get knocked out.

Even though Wlad is good, I think he might be too obvious for Bowe. His entire attack relies on his jab and he does have the unpredictability or the variation to worry Bowe. We've seen Wlad is so many big fights just rely on his jab, his holding and his right hand. That's not enough to beat most great fighters, and certainly not ones as good as Bowe was.
