i totally agree with this, chageav may win some fans by taking a solid beat down but nothing more.

chageav is one of the most under rated boxers IMO on this board. i dont think anyone is underestimatin wlad. its jus the guys who talk well bout chags know the type of fighter he is.

Thank haye, the savior of heavyweight boxing. Thanks to him pulling out
we will now be able to crown a "ring mag" heavyweight champion. As this
fight is for the linear crown according to this site. Even though I think the champ is vitaly. Anyway, this is a better fight than with the cheesed chin haye.

to some degree this is true, and I do beleive vitali is the better of the 2 brothers, little borthers resume is much better when you look at it.

It's possible. He used some excellent counterpunching and head movement to totally befuddle Valuev.

Chagaev will be Wlad's toughest test since he won the title, however Wlad has never been as good as he is right now. This is far more competitive fight than Haye would have been, who was a 2 fight novice at HW with dodgy chin and stamina.

Chageav is a very skilled HW.

Arreola was first choice, but Kirk Johnson's doughnuts were more important to Arreola than a mulit-title fight!

Toney would have been a totally one-side fight. Toney woud have zero chance. Chagaev has a chance, Haye had none also.
