Wlad vs chageav, the tougher fight for wlad

Chagaev is a very solid fighter, far better than Haye will ever be. He would knock Haye out. He beat Felix Savon two times as an amateur and he beat Valouev. Haye could never do that. I think Vitali will fight Haye is at all possible. If the WBC does not force him to fight Maskaev, even if so, he will probably fight Haye ASAP anyway. Vlad has mandatories to fight.

 

Chagaev's inactivity will play a big factor.

This will be a one sided snoozefest, just like Wlad - Ibragimov.

 

Chagaev is a dangerous fight. He is southpaw also. He was preparing for Valouev. Vlad was preparing for Haye. Now Vlad has to prepare for southpaw with skills. Haye had not much skill at all, easy knockout for Vlad. Chagaev has rock solid chin. This will be decision or late TKO for Vlad, but difficult. I have to say that Vlad has balls to take such a fight, esp. on short notice. Vlad did not have to fight Haye, not mandatory.

 

Chag would destroy Arreola and Haye. Do you even know him and his record? Chag is a very dangerous opponent for Wlad, much more dangerous than Haye...

 

I agree that Chag is more dangerous than wide open haymaker haye.

 

I agree his left hand is fast and he has decent movement. I also understand he has a stout chin. If he can wobble Wlad then it could be interesting.
This is a huge chance for him.

 

I agree. This fight will be harder for Wladimir. Chagaev is very experienced and skilled. And he is a southpaw. Haye is predictable while Chagaev could surprise you.
