Wlad wins by UD. He'd be sufficiently scared of Foreman's power and grant Foreman respect. Wlad will not let George get close and will box safely with just the jab. George might cause a few scares, land a few good punches, but Wlad won't walk into any, so he'll survive after a slight rattling.
Foreman knocked out Moorer with a short, blind punch. It is amazing that he had this kind of thudding power in just arm punches, but he needed his opponents to be close enough to deliver them. He never had the style to get inside a bigger man, because when he came up, he was a big man. Wlad all the way.
