First off, I'm not sure Haye can drop Wlad with one punch, he can hurt him pretty badly, no question but once Haye has a guy hurt he almost windmills with a flurry of punches that rarely land. His best chance is to land 3 or 4 bombs in any single round if he is to get a KO. This needs to happen early, he can't keep moving well enough late into the fight, the stamina is not there. I hope he really does have a surprise for Wlad but I can't see it just yet. Wlad, his jab is a *******, not only does it keep you away, it ****ing hurts and after watching some of Haye's recent bouts, he has eaten jabs from lesser fighter too often. Wlad has a style many call boring, it's true, he is boring but this bores his opponent too and has them concentrating soley on avoiding the jab and forgetting about that big right hand, once Wlad does this **** for 7 or 8 rounds the right comes into play when his opponent least expects it and is fully used to just being pawed at. This is how I see the fight going here also. Wlad KO round 7
I agree, haye needs to hurt wlad quickly and come out guns blazing, im a little bit worried the fight will be a snoozer, haye fighting like he did vs fraudley in the first 2 rounds just feinting a bit tapping wlads jab, and moving like he did vs valuev looking for a chance to jump in and land a flurry. meanwhile wlad will do what he always does, jab jab jab jab jab right hand jab jab and win rounds on activity.
Well, I've watched the last 5 fights of each fighter, Wlad seems to have no problem closing the distance, Haye would have to move a LOT to avoid him, Wlad is far more mobile than he is given credit for if you ask me. I'm very excited to see how this goes.
