he hurt valuev, and he's even bigger, but just not as good. haye can get wladimir regardless of his size, it's just a question of can he get wladimir before wladimir gets him? that's what's fascinating about this fight.

as to the thread, i'll be as objective as possible. i think haye fought a different fight against barrett than he would against the klits. having seen valuev or ruiz fights yet (probably won't bother with the valuev fight) but from what i heard he was more controlled in the ruiz fight. still sloppy but not as embarassing as against no gunz. the idea is that he will likely tighten it all up and be at the best performance of his life against klits. if he does that, he could tag either one and even hurt them. i don't see him winning...but yes, he might be able to do some damage

it is on honour to have some one so close to the champ to be involved in the thread.. Here is exactly my point if no power exapt weight slow like a hell niki had chance to hit haye why is haye fans think vlad or vit would not do it? and eather klities hit much harder than nik.

I think both Haye and Wlad will try to start tugging the other one first. Neither of them wants to be the first to go down.

A lot of fans picture a fight where they will basically take turns tugging and going down. Others think that the one who establishes dominance first, and tugs the other first, will be able to ensure the other one keeps going down - and then they will be able to finish it early.

I think Wlad will tug Haye earlier and harder. Haye will want to tug Wlad, and will keep looking for an opening where he can slip his hands in and start tugging away.

Both of them have gone down in previous fights, and from the looks of it they really didn't like it much.

Both guys can explode at the drop of a hat.

But Wlad is a little older, and has better control. He isn't always trying to explode, he waits until the moment is right and then comes at his opponent with everything. He comes right at the correct time, and finishes perfectly.

they're better than valuev, i don't think anyone is questioning that, but haye is still faster than either klit. like i said it's a question of can haye get them before they get him. that's something that can only be answered in the ring. what might surprise some people is haye also managing to stun vitali the way sanders did, that's something some are not expecting, but something that could happen.

It all depends if wlad tugs haye early and cups him, haye may explode on him leaving egg on his face :scaredas:

the way wladimir clinches is very flawed. leaves a total gab for an uppercut, or even a hook. his clinches have no confidence. he's just not confident when fighters are close to him.

I think Wladimir will be eager to tug Haye at the opening bell, and establish himself as the master.
Not necessarily tug him hard and finish him quick but establish the jub and put Haye on the end of that pole.
As the fight goes on wlad will probably be jubbing all over him - if Haye can avoid taking it in the face, wlad will attempt to jub in his chest. The accumulative pressure of even light tugs and jubs will force Haye to come out and explode sometime in the fight, letting it all hang out. Wlad will then tug him with his right hand and that should be enough to leave Haye totally spent.
Of course Haye will tug Wlad maybe on occasions too, but i doubt he'll have the necessarily equipment to tug Wlad properly. Wlad's a big guy, and Haye looks good but he's still a bit of a novice.

We also know that Wlad is a great hooker. Has Haye ever exploded on a hooker before?
