Tbf, the guy who made the thread was correct before. And although he's a Klit fan I see no reason why he'd lie about something like this.

    Still, 90% isn't 100% done.

51,000 people turned up to watch Wlad face a guy(Chambers)no one really knew much about or cared about,he followed this up with over 40,000 against Sam peter.
Wlad/Haye sells 60,000 tickets easy and the fight does great on Sky Box Office.

Just look at the June 20 2009 press tour:
    April 16 Germany
    April 20 London
    April 23 New York

So three countries done and dusted in seven days.

  7. It's about maximising the revenue for this fight. To do that they will need a full press tour.

Tbh mate, how much more can they hype this fight?

It's going to be a sellout at the venue, the PPVs will shift and HBO will pay their money.

The only real hype you need is in Britain to sell the PPVs.

Yes but they were 9 weeks out from the fight. Press tour takes 7 days but its 7 days in a vital stage for both mans camp.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was true.. I heard something at the weekend along similar lines and at first I thought someone was discussing old news, mistaken for new, but it seems there is actually something to it

They can do it in seven days life before.

HBO will buy the fight and Sky will shift a million PPVs.

I see where you're coming from Big Dunk but if they were to hypothetically sign the fight today the promotional wheels could go into motion straight away. As far as training both men have months to prepare to be ready for July 2nd. If Wlad chooses to fight Chisora 8 weeks before that's his choice. If he preferred he could just have a 10 week camp, even a 16 week camp, whatever. Wlad can't complain if 8 weeks between Chisora and Haye ain't enough...if he has decided to take it on.
