    From what I've heard Haye's pretty good on the nutrition side of things. Apparently he spends like £1000 on food per week, all organic and ****. He's a big believer of you are what you eat.

    its about 5000+ calories a day... sometimes more depending on how the weight is going during the week

    actually there are times during the week I have to force him to eat... just no appetite...... but we have it down to a science now over the last 6 years

    I did point that out to you Chef....when Haye KO's WALDO you have your next line of work all sorted out, thanks to me.

    You never know, you might even be able to get advice on how to set up your chain of restaurants from the best in the business - the guy that's chef to Haye :happy
