I think Wlad will come in at 238 and Haye at 209

Who cares. I'm just glad we have a Heavyweight Championship fight with two extremely fit men. The era of fat HW's is hopefully coming to an end.

Size doesn't matter if you're skilled. Evander Holyfield showed you how to fight a big man when he fought Lennox Lewis. Holyfield also showed you how NOT to fight a big man when he fought Riddick Bowe.

Wlad-Haye seems more Holy-Lewis on a slightly lower level.

Sorry mate but wtf, obviously Lewis - Holyfield was under different circumstances.......Haye isn't Holyfield.

Uhmm... Do you have that backwards? He has 2 losses (should be) against Lewis. He lost 2 Bowe too, but at least he got a win there.

Not too far off, former cruiserweight champ, smaller man.

That's where the similarities end though.

I'm referring to the height and weight difference. Haye can't come in light. He'll have to come in around 220. If he is looking to move against Wlad, he'd better be able to do that for 12 rounds, and be able to jab...which he can't imo. Wlad is like 250, and 6% body fat. Haye has to bulk up a bit because wlad will be strong for all 12.

I don't care who won or lost. It's how holy fought bigger men flat footed is my point. Haye nor holy are/were dancers.

you forgot michael spinks beating larry holmes at 200.

holy beat riddick in the second fight. took him lightly in the first fight because he thought bowe would mentally collapse.

one could make a case for comparing LL to wk without insulting anyone but please do not compare haye to holyfield.

thats just wrong on all levels.

I'm not comparing the fighters. Its how you fight bigger men. Holy chose to slug with bowe because bowe in his opinion couldnt punch. Mistake. Holy chose to box lennox who had natural power. Not a mistake.
