I'd say Haye by decision...If he holds up, he'll be more active than Wlad.

Wlad by early KO; though, I suppose if I lived in the UK, I would see things differently.

Haye is and explosive, Klitchko is slow and plodding. He is very strong, but i think Klitchko will be knocked out in the 4th round.

Wlad's jab will be his downfall.

Wlad will paw with it, Haye will sidestep and land the big right. Few of them and Wlad will be gone.

Haye's best chance is in the early, early going (rds 1-2). If Wlad is still around after 4 rounds, he will have touched Haye enough to break his glass-jaw

Let's wait until Haye's actually had more than just 1 fight at heavyweight before we get anything written in stone here...

Wlad would be susceptible early for the first 3 rounds or so. If he fights intelligently (ie like a coward as his haters would say), he should be able to turn it into a boxing contest and wear down the smaller Haye with his punches and clinches leading to a mid to late round stoppage.

Haye could also get caught very early if he's sloppy. But i'd give the Hayemaker a decent puncher's chance early. Wouldn't it be funny though if Haye for all his talk came out tentative against Wlad? Opponents seem to lose their courage when they get in the ring with him. Wouldn't surprise me at all. Haye isn't an idiot, he knows what that right cross can do to him.

Peter still has the best chance at the upset though.
