This is an interesting match-up I see right here. We all pretty familiar with Wlad on this site, but Mike Weaver in his prime from the late 1970's to early 80's was a very good and dangerous boxer with that left hook. He koed John Tate ( nearly killed him) and Gerrie Cortzee (both were just as big as Wlad) and Carl "The Truth" Williams with that left hook. Weaver, was better than the three guys Wlad loss too. Wlad, would have the physical height and reach advantage but strength and body is almost even here. Remember Mike was known as Hercules. Who do you think wins this match-up?

Weaver's left hook on Wlad chin, I don't see him getting up.

Wlad by brutal knockout. Is this a joke? Of course if you are referring to Wlad's three worst nights where he lost to lesser fighters, anything is possible. Weaver has six times as many losses however, decision losses to Leroy Jones and James Smith, fighters that Wlad would completely dominate.

Sanders has the right package to beat Wlad when Wlad underestimated him. Weaver isn't better than Sanders, different and not as well suited to beat Wlad.
