You say he has a glass chin, Wlad has never been knocked unconscious. His problems have been mental more than physical. That is how he withstood 12 rounds of Samuel Peter.
For the Brewster fight, point made , Wlad was out of shape - he is a huge guy , became overexhausted and his heart couldn't hold his body up anymore.
Yeah I'd like to see Wlad knock that sideshow senseless. Plus it would be great to see such a huge man fall to the mat, I bet he wouldnt be able to even get up even if he wasnt hurt that much.
If Vlad gets to fight Valouev it will be after Valouev beats Chagaev again, Valouev deserved the decision in the first fight, but he will win big in the rematch, which he will get. I think Vlad will beat Valouev, but it will be decsion since Valouev he a very strong chin. Valouev is a good boxer, he has improved greatly, look at him in the 12th round! Stamina is excellent, works very hard. I remember when Valouev was making only $2,000 per fight!
I could see Valuev giving Wlad some trouble in the ring, his stamina and granite chin might get him into the deeper rounds with Wlad, maybe even getting Wlad to gas out enough for him to get some of his punches in on Wlads glass chin. I still gotta to give Wlad the advantage in this fight, and would probably win decision against the Beast, keeping him at bay with the jab and periodically landing a straight right to keep him honest. I got this one at a 60/40 in favor of Wlad, I would love to see this fight.
Vlad has never had a glass chin, nor does he have stamina problems, his skills are the best in the world also. Vlad was drugged in the first Brewster fight, MRI proved there was zero concussion, but doctors were worried about a diabetic coma, and Vlad has never had sugar problems in the past, nor now. People who claim that Vlad has a stamina problem have not seen all his fights, I have.
He's been knocked down 11 times by 6 different oppenents, TKO'd 3 times, by two journeymen and a club fighter. He got rocked by a Brewster jab and to hang on for dear life not to go down, even RJJ made fun of him saying "He wouldnt want to get in the ring with me with a chin like that". He gets knocked down by jabs and partially blocked shots, and goes into panic attacks when pressured or when he's hit by a decent punch, if he doesnt have a glass chin, then I dont know who does.:yep
Well if Jones said it I'm almost inclined to believe him, he knows a lot about being seperated from consciousness. [yt]h6Szy9rVktk&feature=related[/yt]
You are twisting the truth, and you know it! Wlad ran out of gas against Puritty who had been a living punching bag for almost 9 rounds.Puritty didnt defeat Wlad that night in Ukraine's capital Kiev,,but Wlad beat himself due to his obvious lack of experience. Brewster didnt knock him out either. And it is truly no shame to be knocked out by a puncher(Sanders) who is extremely dangerous within the first 2-3 rounds. And as for Roy Jones who really cares what he thinks about Wlad.He didnt fight his greatest rival DM when they both were in his prime.
These our facts, how am I twisting the truth. I understand some of the knockdowns came from him being gassed or having a breakdown, what ever you want to call it. All I'm saying is that his chin is extremely weak and the stats I provided prove that, it also proves that when the going gets tough he falls apart.
