Wlad vs. Oquendo on April 6?

Oquendo deserves the fight more than Boystov

well Wlad, Banks and I looked at guys to fight. The mngmnt picked a guy. Wlad said .."it looks like ............"and Oquendo name is not it ..nor has his name been on ANY list I have seen.

So its news to me AND wlad

Maybe is oquendos manager who is trying to get the fight calling the brothers..... NOT the brothers calling him

I suppose if you score every close fight in his favour and consider the tua and Ruiz stoppages as bs you might well think that on paper.

However he's old and completely irrelevant. Biytsov has age, hype and an unbeaten run on his side.

 

I bet its oquendos manager calling K2... think about it... probably his ONLY chance to get a shot since its a voluntary.

seems the way to get a shot nowadays, is
1. talk **** to the media
or
2. Say you are in talks to the media
or
3. scream and yell to the media when they pic a guy they were actually in talks with until K2 notices you

 

Huck as a voluntary defense would be refreshing

 

Given Huck's performance v povetkin I would encourage that fight.

I'm gonna rewatch their fight though because first time i scored it to Huck and I wanna see how i score it after a rewatch.

Huck is the worst opponent out there for Wlad. The worst. The first time he stepped up to HW he lost. He got battered in his last fight by a small 40 year old cruiser. He's too small and Wlad is way to big. Evolved humans shouldn't want to wittnes such a one sided beatdown for entertainment.

 

like I said, Oquendo was NOT on any list of possible fights that I have seen, his name was never mentioned when I talked with Wlad, Banks and Tom Loeffler
