Out of his last 4 fights he's had 3 voluntaries: mormeck, wach and now oquendo.

It would be a shite choice worthy of criticism by any definition.

Wladimir just can't win. If he chooses to fight Oquendo he's a bum hunter. If he ducks him, the fans will call him a ***** and his legacy will be tarnished.

He's been having keep busy fights ever since Haye!

Mormeck, Thompson, Wach and then Oquendo.

I don't think there's been a 4 fight run as bad in hw history.

Fury is a high ranked challenger and is asking for the fight. There's no good reason not to make it.

Yet it's shite but he must fight someone due to his contract with RTL. Like I said, there is only one contender currently calling out Wlad - Fury, and that's ****ing it.

You think Wlad is ducking Oquendo? What the ****?

Noone wants this fight. It isn't so much a duck as an acceptance the fight is complete wank.

I'll criticise him for trying to make the fight but if it falls through I won't be saying it's a duck. You must be a serious hater to come up with that bs.

Yes, there is. I believe, Wlad wants to allow Fury to establish himself in the States first and stage a fight with him over there when the time is right. It's a smart move imho.

Could Wlad's legacy sink any lower into the toilet?

WTF is wrong with this guy?

So he needs a fight. Fury is a ranked contender calling him out for a fight.

That isn't a problem that's the situation we want. All wlad has to do is make the fight.

You think it's better to face an unranked shot ex-contender than a prime unbeaten top 10 heavyweight?

Let's end the conversation here, I cba.

Impressive eastern euro work ethic :yep

    True

    Money.

K2 are notoriously greedy, they offer **** money with all sorts of options & clauses that go way beyond anything else in the industry. Fury has said he'd make far more vs Price than vs Wlad, Chisora made far more vs Haye than vs Vitali.

The Klitschko fanbase dont care about the quality of opponent, they tune in to see a uncompetitive, one sided jabfest & they want to see it 3 or 4 times a year. Wlad just gives the public what they want.

All he has to do is offer enough money to one of the prime contenders, so they will take the fight. Just because they (supposedly) say no, doesn't mean no. It just means that they want a bigger payday in return for the risk. Money talks.

It's obvious that Wlad doesn't want to take any chances. (In or out of the ring.)

You're right, he doesn't want to take a risk and i doubt he'll be in a big fight ever again.
He'll milk the euro fans dry and retire alongside sven ottke.
