i know peters got played with last time, also povetkin and his trainer have enough savy to know that their made to measure for the klitchko's, their hoping one of them retires or gets to old to train. i also think haye would knock povetkin spark out.
Then why has he been saying for the last 18 months that he wanted a fight with Wlad? Poor showing from Povetkin. Knock Wlad out and then you can promote then next one! As for Pete being 'played'..I don't think there are many promoters who go out of their way to help the opposition. It's always happened and always will happen if a promoter has one fighter and not another.
did you see the fight with peters? thats the nigerian heavy im on about, he never won a second of any round before he retired, i honestly tnhink audley harrison would put up a better loosing fight than sam peters, hes as slow as poured mallasses.:hi:
I was thinking this is a **** option when I saw it, Peters had really gone downhill. His performance against Vitali was pathetic, that was one of the worst HW fights in a long while. But in fairness I went back to check out his last fight, and he is in much better shape and was looking lively moving around the ring. We know he's got a punch, if he's motivated, who knows he might be able to make it interesting.
Of course I saw there fight! Where have I said that Peter is a decent opponent for Wlad? It's a shame the IBF has him so high in their rankings when he hasn't done anything since Vitali battered him.
