Oo..I see..I saw Solis at Magic City Casino here in miami like two weeks ago and he looked in better shape..my friends say he is weighting 235-240 and he is training hard with Juan Diaz(former cuban national team trainer and Cotto trainer)..also Guillermo Rigondeaux and Junier Dorticos are training with him...
If that's true then I hope Solis gets the fight, since Solis under 240 lbs would be a better opponent than Fury or alot of other names mentioned.
I been asking to all my friends involved in boxing here in miami what kind of problems he have with his promoters but nobody know any of his friends..and Amed Oner said he have no problems with him but we don't know the true..if I could see him I would ask him..
Solis maybe is a better boxer than Vitali but he went down on a glancing right hand to the temple BEFORE he hurt his knee, there is no way he could deal with the power for 12 rounds. Size does matter too of course/ Solis has mad skills but so does Wlad. I see him going down from a couple straight right steelhammers from Wlad, even if Solis turns up in the shape of his life. Wlad is also much better suited to deal with a boxer like Solis than Vitali is.
I'd like to see Solis in with either Wlad or Fury. But I see Solis beatign Fury. But Wlad would thrash Solis in grand fashion. Fury is getting a bit too much into the bragging and name calling, for no better than he is. Come on, now, we all know that Fury would not last 4-5 rounds with the upper tier heavies. He's just not that good, and has reached the highest level he's going to. In my opinion.
I too think Solis would expose a lot of Fury's technical flaws. Would be a fight that Fury could learn a lot from, although he'd likely lose.
The very fact that Wlad even CONSIDERED Solis next is disturbing, to put it mildly. The Emperors have no clothes, and that's getting more & more obvious with each passing fight.
:roflatsch Solis is a Glass Chinned disgrace. And when you are embarrassingly KOed you were not on the way to winning atsch
What suggests Wlad really considered Solis at all? He won't work with King for a voluntary defense. Being part of K2 he's not out of the loop enough not to realize Solis is a King fighter.
Maybe Wlad doesn't want to fight Fury yet because he knows he can get even better. Which equals a larger draw=more money in the bank. And it would be a better win for Wlad if Fury gets a few more wins against solid opposition first. Then again he offered Fury a fight last year, so who knows.
