Suge, I don't see an issue with complaining about Valuev not taking a 50/50, i mean a smart man could retire on a sum like that. However, I do see your point in the unification problem; imo, the Klitschko's frustration amounts from the yet-completed Astrix in the family dream, they both hold titles but they want them all, the fact that they both have titles is probably enough as far as the history books go, but there will always be doubters

I think its cool they want all of the titles, even with total control, we would be closer to unification...say Wlad beats Valuev, all belts are held, dream is dreamt, Vitali retires and then one fight for complete unification...yea we don't find out which brother would beat the other, but it would be the best scenario, at least for a Klit fan

 

I understand your frustration, but as a Klitschko fan I enjoy the co-champion possibility; as an eldest brother, i also relate to that brotherhood mentality, a reason why i am a fan of the Emelianenkos

Let me ask you this, if there was only one Klitschko fighting and a belt holder refused a 50/50 what would you say?

 

something tells me you were not crying like a girl like you are now when Don King had all of the belts a few years ago and did not attempt a single unification fight. Not one. Wlad was the first to unify in 9 freakin years and the truth is that this is as close as the division is going to get to unification do to politricks. Look at the Welterweight Division there is no unified champion and has not been for a while. How many other Divisions are unified and when they are they stay unified before fighters are stripped, drop belts, etc? Why don't you cry about that?

There is an easy solution have someone step up and beat either Klitschko. Nobody is going to beat Vitali so you better keep praying someone can find Wlad's Glass Jaw.

I think I'm right in saying Don King was the man that arranged the tournament that unified the belts back in the 80's....the man was a piece of **** but he did manage to do some good things in his time.

WALDO was not the first man to unify in 9 years either but let's not let facts spoil a good rant eh :nut

 

A lot of people seem to miss the point of the thread. It isn't some demand for the Klitschkos to face each other.I don't know too many people who actually want to see a Wlad-Vitali fight. The thread fairly pointed out that the Klitschkos shouldn't complain about unification when they in fact refuse to unify with each other. No more and no less.

 

really? Who else unified from 2000 to 2008 after Lewis was stripped/dropped belts after the second Holyfield fight?
