    Thanks!

People thinking wlad is the first man not to fight a notable contender to his throne are crazy!

unneccesary list Vlad is clearly better than most of the list anyway - But you wont find many unfought number 2s that have been at number 2 as long as vitali has - My argument was more allined at what he has to to go from being a great heavyweight to an Elite heavyweight - And longevity will be it - but each year Vitali is around is another year at not fighting the number 2 HW

I think the main point is that Wlad isn't and has never been undisputed champion. Pretty irrelevant point though.

    :good

Wlad beats Byrd in 2006 No. 1 Heavyweight and than fights against Top 10 Contenders and the WBO Champ Ibragimov in 2008. Fights all his mandatory.

Wlad is The Man at Heavyweight.

no jack the point which was trying to be made is that wlad shouldnt be considered the champ at all because he hasnt beat the number 2 guy who is his ****ing brother..since ive joined this forum ive watch ur hate for wlad evolve from slighly abusing him while letting on to be a fan to having complete and utter hate...u can tell from ur posts ur an angry man for some reason id love to know y...

As it is Klute we are in an era that is exceptional in the histry of heavyweight boxing in that the two best belt holders on the planet are brothers - who both dominate the rest of the division by a huge margin .

I rate this era as the poorest since the pre Louis 1930's but that doesnt mean you cant give the brothers thier dues - they have fought like champions and conduct themselves like champions - to deny them that honour just paints you as a hater of the highest order .

(For the record my opnion isnt worth **** and I dont rate wlad and vit very highly at all in an historical context )

Because he's the number 1 fighter in the division and holds three of the four major belts. That should be sufficient to rate him "very high."

Jack johnson never ever defended against a top 5, a top 5 who were there for a lot of his 7 year rein.

Jack dempsey never defended against his best contender, a man who was the top contender all through the mauler's reign.

Two of the most elite heavyweights in history and both failed to fight their top contender.
