Glad to see someone give a shout out to Tommy Morrison for his incredible look hook. Everyone knows Tyson, Dempsey, Frazier, Cooney, Tua, etc. but many forget how lethal The Duke's left hook was.

Still, I think Wladimir's left hook is up there with these all time greats. :good

TS specifies that Wlad has the best left hook of the jab ever. Nothing was said about weight divisions. Obviously the TS needs to watch more boxing if he thinks that Wlad has the best left hook off the jab ever. If he said 'best left hook off the jab for a HW' then that is debatable. Saying that Wlad has the best LH off the jab ever at any weight division is just laughable

You're splittin hairs bro, it's up there against just about anyone on tape. That 3 hook combo that sent Austrin down sounded like a baseball bat hitting a rock.

If fighter A has more speed but not as much power as fighter B then how do you determine who has the better punch of the two? :huh

Tua has incredible power in his hook but it's not nearly as fast and he doesn't really throw it off a jab to same as Wlad does.

In other words, it's all opinion. Both fighters KO guys with that punch.......................

 

I see the TS logic I think. He sees that Wlad is the HW champion of the world so assumes he is the best boxer in the world. He then sees Wlad left hook off the jab so he thinks to him self, 'well he is the HW champ, which means he is the best boxer in the world, which must mean that left hook off the jab is also the best in the world.'

TS obviously doesn't watch much boxing

Wlad is a good HW but p4p he is no near as good. There are fighters at lower weights that have far superior left hooks. that's a fact
