He does not deserve it, i'd go as far say that Haye and Chisora deserve more a rematch with Wlad than Arreola does. Arreola's power is overrated, he does not have one punch ko, he'll throw combos. But the problem is Wlad won't let him. Even tough Arreola is a tough moth*****a i'd probably go with Wladimir but late stoppage. Getting stunned by Molina, shows that he even might have problems with people who are way under the likes of Fury, Helenius, Price and so on. I even think that Price would KO him.
