I must admit that you're right. There is a problem, because no potential challengers Haye, Povetkin, etc.. Does not want to fight, but will await the possible discontinuation of the younger Klitschko.

The only threat that might already have Robert Helenius .. strong jaw, hard punches, a tall and good skill level, but hardly a promoter wants to put a future champion too young that tough matches.

The situation is not Wladimir's fault

no it isnt wlads fault if haye and povetkin wont fight him.

really wlad has 3 options infront of him.

1)chase every contender for a big fight, which as a champ he shouldnt have to, nor needs to do.

2)sit out the december 11th date in the hop he can get a big fight in february/march

3)fight the first to sign the contract.

now he obviously chose option 3. which is fine. he can fight whoever he wants to, it is up to him. but people are trying to make out that chisora is better than he is. just because he manned up, dont make him a top 15 fighter.

the irony is, when vitali signed for briggs, that was written off as a joke fight. and now it is the most legitimate one out there.

Vitali - Briggs was always the best of a bad situation.

Now, what is all this about Robert Helenius? Put him in with Dimitrenko and see who makes it out, then we can talk. (I should ease up a little on Helenius, shouldn't I)

and now the reality is, briggs is the most worthy of the 3 champs!

this is a man with only a couple of significant wins this decade! namely lyakhovic and mercer.

he is? he's the biggest 'name' for certain... not sure he's the most worthy of the three.
His last 4 fights have been absolutely meaningless.

and harrisons plus chisoras last 4 have been any better?

they eventually stopped domestic level opponents.

    briggs dominated his opponents.

he is ****, undoubtedly, but he is better than harrison and chisora. he has a far superior resume also.

I agree that Briggs is still better than Chisora and Harrison, and it's not even close.

His experience with world class opposition says enough.

Too bad he'll probably be atleast 20 lbs heavier than his optimal fighting weight and will have no mobility.

But Chisora? He has 14 ****in fights...

And shows no promise whatsoever. He's 240 lbs at 6'1''. He'll be immobile and slow. A very easy target for Wlad. Not to mention he only has 9 KOs in his first few fights which means he probably has NO PUNCH.

briggs is the best of the 3, but not in the top 25 hw in the world.

now chisora, he doesnt kayo people with one shot, he wears them down. he has clubbing blows. this is how he beat sexton both times, and how he beat williams, by clubbing him. he has never been past 9 rounds. he is completely unproven even at domestic level. he hasnt even fought the likes of rogan and skelton yet.

I'm fine with Chisora as an opponent if Wlad has tried enough with Adamek, Solis and Dimitrenko.
