Lewis stops Wlad within three rounds. It would be a one sided battering that I would simply LOVE to see. Wlad has trouble with come forward fighters and Lewis would have put the pressure on him seeing him off mid way through the third. There is no way this fight goes any other way. :deal
Wlad is a workman like fighter, who jabs his opponents into submission. Lennox was a master boxer, highly skilled and with much more power. Lennox Lewis. KO. Mid-rounds.
How about him? I'm not quite sure what you are trying to point out...help :? Lewis has already fought the better, tougher Klitschko when he was past his prime and Vitali was in his. And he still somehow managed to get a win, by hook or by crook he pulled out the win. He also absorbed (and dished out) quite a lot of punishment in the fight. It is very optimistic to think Wlad is going to be able to to jab Lewis and then simply jump away or hold on if he gets in close without taking any punishment at all. When Lewis hits him he gets KO'd, no question.
It woulnd't be KO but prime Wlad could win close UD. Wlad is more technically gifted, Lewis was a better dog fighter.
First of all... Lewis was not any more of a master boxer than Wlad is. That was a crazy statement. Second... I would love to know how people think that Lewis had so much more power than Wlad. Wlad has had many more fights, and his knockout ratio is still much better.
waldo is the king of bum fighting, thats why fruitcake:yep get over your manlove little fella, its getting pitifull.. there is nothing to suggest, that waldo would beat lewis.. absolutely nothing.. a past prime and semi retired lewis beat the tougher and better klittie in vitaly..
WT? I think Wladimir is more technically gifted than Lennox. Not sure what it is about my comment that confused you, unless you are disagreeing! You can disagree! regards
Christ almighty, these Klitites.:---( Its tiresome work reasoning with them, really is. OK, Lewis' boxing was way better than Wlad's. Wlad just leans back and jabs. Lewis was good at this too, but he mixed it up, threw waaaaay more right hands and uppercuts...also, he was great on the inside. Wlad is not. Like that guy said, he is a workmanlike boxer who stays almost exclusively behind the jab. He has got more talent that just that, but he is too vulnerable, so doesn't have much variation. Wlad's KO ratio is a little better, his opponents were much shitter. Go figure. Their power is probably similair in fairness, Lewis had better punch variety though, could KO people from the inside or from distance with more shots. And the outcome of this fight is so easy to predict its not funny. Lewis, KO, rounds 1-3. Watch Grant, Golota. Wlad comes in nervous, Lewis goes for the kill, as he did against big, chinny guys. And what morons said Lewis has worse experience with big, skilled guys? Grant, Bruno, Golota....who the **** has Wad fought better than these?
#1 Wlad's opponents are not worse than Lewis' opponents. #2 Just because Wlad controls a fight with his jab, doesn't mean that is all that he does. Only a waterhead would think that way. #3 Wlad uses his left hook 10 times better than Lewis did. Wlad uses his jab better, and uses his right hand just as well. Wlad also controls the distance and space, showing his ring generalship better than Lewis did.... which is why Lewis was easier to draw into dogfight situations. It certainly wasn't because Lewis liked them. #4 You must not remember everyone calling Lewis boring, and only good because of his size when he was Champ... because it is funny watching "Lewis fans" say the same things about Wlad. Everyone also said that Lewis was the "best of a poor division". Do you know why? Because nobody ever considered Lewis the best when he was in his own generation. The man didn't fight any of the top 5 fighters of his era in their primes. Tyson, Holyfield, Bowe, Foreman, and Moorer were running the show when Lewis was supposed to be in his prime. Lewis managed to avoid fighting ALL of them in their prime, and only took over during a VERY SHORT transition period from that era, to the era that we have now. His amazing reign as "true Champ" consisted of wins over Michael Grant, Frans Botha, and Tua... then he got knocked out by Rahman... won his titles back, and beat an extremely over the hill Tyson, then was getting beat by Vitali and escaped on a stoppage due to a cut... and retired. What an amazing reign of terror. #5 Grant and Golota?:rofl Yeah.. they are just like Wlad. Just like Derrick Jefferson, and Ray Austin were just like Lennox Lewis. Proof that when Wlad fought someone tall, he just went after them and dispatched them early.
Getting beat by Vitali, that old chestnut rears its ugly head How about "beat Vitali", because thats what he did.
Everything Wlad does Lewis does way better. Lewis also had a murderous uppercut which Wlad does not have and Lewis could fight a bit on the inside if need be, Wlad wouldn't be able to do his pawing jab **** against Lennox like he does against his other opponents, Lennox wouldn't let him. Lennox would beat Wlad to the punch and if Wlad starts to clinch when they're on the inside then Lennox would unleash his uppercuts and KO him. As someone said above it's be like the Michael Grant fight. Not a good matchup for Wlad this.
