And stop comparing Wlad punches to Lewis -> LEWIS COULDN'T KNOCK OUT A CRYING PSYCHOPATH WITH HIS GUARD DOWN SHAKING HIS HEAD AND RUNNING AWAY IN LEWIS MCCALL II.

Wlad should have top 10 average punching power if you count every punch he throws. He easily has the hardest jab EVER, especially if you watch his older fights where he threw them with his full power, instead of as a range finder and distractor. However, on his powerpunches, many fighters load up harder single punch KO power than him. His main power is straight punches, and they don't affect as much as hooks. He also doesn't have the mechanics for such punches, as he is tall and comparably lanky. Shorter fighters with wider frame can punch harder on hooks.

Very hard puncher. And when you consider that he doensn't put across all he has all the time...

Of course it is how you use that tool that really counts. But he is a puncher. A concussive one.

Really? Did you talk to Rahman? I saw Rahman get knocked down myself & if the ref didn't stop it when he did Rahman would've been out cold.

Give Wladimir the small gloves from Joe Louis era and he ounches harder than Louis.

Vitail used to be a brutal puncher until he had shoulder surgery. Since then, Wlad has more one punch power.

Tyson had great power, but it was also his style to immediatly go for the KO than added to he image of an unstoppable KO machine. Did he really have more mechanical force in his punch than Wlad? I think those questions are almost impossible to answer.

That is a TERRIBLE comparison. Not only was Lewis holding back to an extent, but McCall still hasn't been floored or stopped.

    NUTHUGGER ALERT:lol:

Truth is Wlad took ages to stop Rahman, who was way past prime. Sure Wlad hits hard when he lands right, but someone like Foreman or Shavers (appropriate name considering my next point) could shave or glance their opponent and have them in serious trouble.

I don't think Wlad's a top 10 ATG, but I definitely think his power is top 10 AT...

Oh Wlad wasn't holding back against Rahman, as Rahman was helpless in the ropes and Wlad was just standing there?

The comparison is spot on. You can't look good fighting against guys that DO NOT COME TO FIGHT. McCall didn't want to fight and made Lewis look terrible. Lewis couldn't know this guy out or even get him into trouble. You can't dispute the facts.

Well he wasn’t knock out cold.

Brewster and Sanders would have knock Wladimir out cold, if Ref wouldn’t have stop the match.
That little fact hasn’t stop you always defending Wladimirs chin by saying that he has never been KOd.

McCall hasn't even been off his feet from what I can remember - and you are comparing him to Rahman.

    Tool. :blood

Waldo unloads on numerous opponents and can't get the ****ers out of there until late.

Lewis had far greater punching power than WALD. :deal

Wlads punching power is below Top50 because he is a whitie, a non-american and most of all a non-Brit.
