Rematches are meaningless unless you are avenging a defeat So in that regard he's 1-2 0-3 realistically since Brewster was legally blind
If I got a dime for everytime you said something stupid, I'd be a billionaire. Brewster had succesful surgery for his eye and was in great shape for the Wlad rematch. In the interviews before and after the fight, Brewster repeatedly said his eye was fine after the successful surgery. He gave Wlad full credit for dominating him and becoming the first man to stop him.
Wlad was poisoned. Check out this thread: http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=330219 Brewster was getting destroyed in the first fight. He doesn't deserve any credit for beating a poisoned Wlad. In the rematch, Wlad dominated every second of every round and made Brewster quit.
Wlad tried to get a rematch. Sanders turned it down, vacated the WBO belt and fought Vitali instead for the WBC and RING undisputed heavyweight championship of the world. Vitali destroyed Sanders.
