From what I've heard there is a good chance Wlad is indeed gay. I know most of his fanboys are gay so they will be happy when he comes out of the closet.

 

True, the athletes passport could be a problem solver, but has only been implemented in tennis and cycling as far as I know and an agency that would be required to investigate these would need a very big budget. But the urine samples and the blood sample thing is just outdated and almost anybody seems to be capable of cheating. Povetkin could be juiced to bits as well....Boxing needs a international federation to stop all this corruption.
