Except he's right, and he's so obviously right that you'd have to be a complete ****ing moron to disagree, which you and meast apparently are.

Get the **** back to the classic forum, where Tunney beats Ali and Langford beats Klitschko and little pink fairies fly out of a pig's ass when you stroke it just right.

I'm not saying Langford would beat Wlad, but I'm reacting to how he was disregarded him because of some of the losses he has. Langford is a top 10 atg. Wlad would be lucky to be considered a top 10 heavyweight

He obviously knows nothing about Langford apart from what he's seen on boxrec.

I was simply disputing the the fact that Langford wasn't a great HW, he did enough there to prove he was, and that's in a very tricky time for a black fighter to be in.

I have Wlad in my top 15 all time HW's and agree that he is a great Heavyweight, that is all.

    Now keep being a ****.

wlad completley dominates a fight many people were tipping him to lose.

yet some people think it counts against wlad's legacy.

this is the stupidest place on the entire internet.

Man, people are disregarding Wlad because of his early career losses. Even now, 8 some odd years after changing his style and maturing.

If people are going to harp on Wlad about losses, the same treatment better go to the guys that treatment would be applicable too.

All fighters have fought weak guys. Let's not pretend everyone always fought the greatest of all time. Because they didn't.

I really have to agree with Jetski! He literally flails his arms to avoid being hit, instead of blocking for instance.

He is a VERY accomplished HW, but the HW division has been hurting since FOREVER! Yeah, he's had a good run, but All Time Great?? No way!
There are even better CW's than Haye he could have fought in the last 10 years.... Holyfield for instance will be recognized as way higher in the ATG lists at Cruiser than Haye will be remembered! and in the last decade he has been campaigning at Heavy.

Maybe so...but thankfully we'll be watching 2 warriors instead of 2 skirts.

And may the best MAN win!;)

Damn good post, Man. and the way things are these days, of course he's gonna be considered a degree holder. It just make me laugh to think about what would happen if he met up with many of the real HW bangers of the past. Then his membership might be revoked!

Or Wlad might comprehensively outbox those old-time heavyweights like he has done now with all his opponents for the last six-plus years. Either that or knock them out as his K.O. ratio is one of the highest in history.

    Are you not comprehending?

Non of those fighters are great HWs.

Who cares about if he is giving away 20-30 pounds it's a HW fight.

P4P yes he is one of the greatest, but I'm talking about HWs.

You obviously make generalizations which are incorrect.

Ken Norton?:rofl:rofl:rofl That jello-jawed fraud got K.O'ed early and often by every heavy-handed puncher he ever faced. Wlad's heavy and very fast punches would crush Norton within three rounds. Tim Witherspoon was a very good tall and strong heavyweight of the past who has a great respect for Wlad's skill-set and predicted he would outbox Haye. Kevin Kelly, Steve Cunningham are two other very bright and articulate boxers who talk openly about Wlad's awesome technical skill set.
