Wladimir Klitschko advises Usyk on how to beat Fury: "Just focus on that eye"

I'll mimic Wlad: "just hit him until he loses bro". Easier said than done.

In saying that I don't see Usyk replicating a Wallin, he's too clean a fighter in my opinion. His best bet would be to hurt the body early to set up head combinations later on. In and out, make Fury chase him and basically harrass him until he begins to tire in the later rounds. He can't just go toe to toe like he did against AJ.

 

Nope. I want no injuries, especially an old one opening up. I want a straight up, clean dominant victory. No excuses.

 

Not a bad plan. Focus on the eye and do that by getting the jab going.

Opening an old injury doesn't make it less clean a win.

 

If he is cut by punch its just part of the boxing dude. You want damage Your opponent end of the day.
If his skin is weak its his problem to safe it from damage.
You think Fury will be watchout to land punches on body always up from the belt line?

Does 'focus' to you mean Wlad's saying ONLY go for the eye, or simply be aware of how it looks during the fight and as it goes on?

And obviously Usyk has more than one plan, which gets changed as the fight progresses.

 

I get that completely. I just don't want to hear any BS excuses. Blood in the eyes bla bla bla. Always something to discredit the win. That nonsense gets old.

 

Tell that to the excuse making Fury fans. You know as well as I do, Fury gets a bad cut and loses, that will be the only reason Usyk won. If that didn't happen, Fury was on his way to an easy win. Sound about right?
