Cus the ref didnt see the shot, and the rule is if you dont see it you cant call it, But that does not mean that Wlad was not hit, it was not a one shot knock down your right, there were several bombs that lead up to it....

it just seems that he saw brewster was gonna KO him and gave a standing 8 count for Wlad and a rest for NO REASON
