Good to see Haye back being cocky and trash talking again just then, he's been unnervingly quiet lately.

Said he had stopped sparring as hes ready.

does look more defined and a bit bulkier in the arms,shoulders and neck.

i would say he doesnt need so much mass on his chest tbh.

He looks trim and ripped around the stomach.

Im sure its good him not over training,and not leaving too much in the gym.

He seemed fine for injury free hands,doing push ups and such,hands looked normal without swelling.
HA,did the degale come slug me type call out to wlad.expects wlad to be aggresive and faster/busier with jabs and right hands.

I expect this for a bit,then haye hits wlad with a few body shots and wlad gets cautious again.
