Toney is not a good choice but arguably the best of the rest.I mean, would you prefer Wlad-Mormeck or Wlad-Thompson II?

Delusional or not...Toney can't get into shape. He's too far gone. It would take a team effort from Sigmond Freud, Jenny Craig, and Cus D'amato to get Toney to the place he needs to be to fight for the title. And 2 out of 3 of them are dead.
