This is a good gamble for DelBoy. It's a win win situation. If he is around the ring until the later rounds, he'll get praised for his chin and his defense. If he get starched early he'll be praised for his bravery.

Also I can only assume he'll be making more for this single fight than he has in all his other fights/sparring sessions combined.

Assuming he loses, he should get right back in there in Feb or March against another fringe contender, and with 3 or 4 more wins over top 20 guys, maybe he'll get another crack at Wlad.

Ustinov is here in camp with us... wlad would destroy him badly. yes big, but slow, no power, poor boxing skills, poor footwork. would be KO'd fast

you honestly feel he will get more credit for chisora than toney?

i would think a toney fght would be acceptable considering everythng he has said about k2.

and he will destory chisora badly also. but ustinov would earn him more credit due to his size and resume.

Chisora is a much better opponent. It seems this guy is hungry! Great to see a young prospect who wants to become Heavyweight Champion.

Chisora is also from England. After Vlad knocks him out, it will put more pressure on Haye for being the coward he really is.

it is great to see from chisora's point of view. but a win over chisora will prove literally nothing for wlad.

Yep, it will prove nothing, but as long as he can´t get a big fight, imo it´s better to fight an undefeated prospect than beating shot up on shot fighters. Chisora is young and hungry and will give it all i guess.

hey as an english boxing fan it is good to see chisora get a shot. even better if it was in england. but as an actual boxing fan i can still admit it is a joke fight
