Wladimir Klitschko didn't have one career-defining fight

In a lot of ways, you are right. Wlad went into a "grudge match" against a much smaller man and still managed to bore the **** out of the audience. A real ATG would have starched Haye in 4 rounds or less.

    Yeah, possibly.

The thing is, he's had many career-defining nights (as in being physically and mentally ready to beat whoever) - he just hasn't really had the career-defining opponent available.

Haye was built up as that, but he wasn't...and of course the nature of the win and both men's performance prevented it from being that anyway.

Vitali would really be the only person he could viably use as a Schmeling or Frazier.

Ibragimov is Wlads defining fight & I'd never watch it again.

To be honest I'd completely forgotten about it, just blotted it right out.

Haye is his career defining fight. It was boring but so was Floyds vs Oscar.

Povetkin could be something of a more higher profile bout, two gold medalists.

Povetkin will be the main one when all is said and done.

Is true but is not his fault the whole division sucks when he got there, his brother didnt have one either unless you count the loss to lewis. They just both arrived at a bad time there is no golota, lewis, bowe around to challenge them.

    :hat

Wlads career defining fight would be Vitali. A pity that there is the small complication of them being bothers to prevent the fight :conf

We agree then, it would be Wlad's career defining win and not Vitali's? :deal

If Vitali and Wlad fought each other, it would be Vitali's career-defining fight.
Wlad would actually be fighting someone that can reach him for once.
    His chin wouldn't last.

Forget his stoppage ratio, Vitali doesn't have the one-punch KO power to stop his brother. :deal

He had the output to stop nearly everyone.
He would most likely do the same with Wlad.

But Wlad doesn't have the intestinal fortitude to last twelve rounds with a swarmer like Vitali:hey
