Don't forget that Sanders had an extremly successful first round vs. Vitali as well, too bad he didn't have the stamina to keep it up. Damn exciting round.

Klitschko looked awful in that round. He was telegraphing what he wanted to do and was stunned right down to the soles of his boots. He was literally running away after Sanders tags him! Seemed to work though. He recovered well but that was a very shaky fight for him in my opinion.

Sanders did well against both brothers.

Every once and a while a guy like Sanders (who always has a punchers chance) will KO the good boxer. This time it happened to be Wlad.

I wouldn't say Sanders was the one to deliver the lucky punch. That quick cracking left always was his best weapon and seemingly worked very well vs. both Klitschkos. In fact, IMO he'd find great success vs. these fighters based on the Russian school as well as vs. the sloppy fat HWs from the other side of the world. But stamina and lack of motivation/discipline always were a problem with Sanders.

I'd bet huge money on him knocking Valuev out BTW, a 'prime Sanders' is such a fighter ever existed.

This was the first time Wlad's weak chin was exposed, unlike his brother, Wlad's toughness level is extremely low for a Heavyweight champ, and as you see in this fight and a handful others, once you got him hurt, he will start to fall apart at the seams.

Yes, the clash of heads actually opened up a huge gash above his left eye as well. People act like Wlad has a glass jaw, yet they fail to realize that not only was he CLEANLY hit by the power punching Sanders several times before he went down, but the actual knockdown was a combination of a big left hand, and huge clash of heads. He simply never fully recovered after that.
