Wlad may not be the most popular champion of all time but he is effectvie and efficient. He completely cleaned out the division. I havent seen a heavyweight do so since Ali and Louis before him.

He showed the ability to comeback and improve in areas he had problems(stamine, pacing, and defense) much in the way past greats did,

All three of those guys would beat Wlad. Only Ali would be taken the distance.

Wladimir Klitschko is, without question, a Hall of Fame fighter. He is the best heavyweight in the world, and has been for sometime now. I think Wlad would have knocked Floyd Patterson's dick into the dirt.

Marciano would get his block knocked off, he is undoubtly the most overrated heavyweight champion of all-time. He never fought anyone with the size and skill set of Wlad, and struggled with 3 past prime all time greats who were diminuative compared to Wlad. Wlad would slice Marciano up and flat out knock him out, Old Archie Moore and Jersey Joe dropped him, Wlad would stop him after a brutal beating.

    When did that happen?

I seem to remember that he hasn’t fight, against best fighters of his generation.

Well done on spotting that Rocky was much smaller than Wlad is.

I'm not a Klitschko fan but he's definately a hall of fame boxer. He's a dominant champion, has kept himself in check both physically and mentally over a long period, he's carried this era of heavyweights almost singlehandedly and has made a positive impact on the general boxing landscape in continental Europe. He may not have had the competition to match his talent but you can only fight whats in front of you.

Louis doesn't have the footwork, reach nor height to pose any threat to this version of Wlad.

Joe'd be hugged to death on the inside and jabbed to death and peppered with the occasional right hammer from the outside. It would be a complete mismatch.

I agree on most points, but I guess the Ali fight could have gone either way.
Ali was very mobile and fast, but with the physical disadvantage in this fantasy bout he could not fight 'his' fight! He just wouldn't be able to hit Wlad that much on his signature style, and he can't pull a 'rope a dope' either, because that would get rediculous against Wlad.

About 'my man' George, he would be frustrated to the bone by Wlad, and his only chance would be one of his monster shots at Wlad's not so steady chin. But I guess he would be a shot out or stopped by Wlad.

Joe Louis (my all time favorite) would be just to light and 'small' boxer, just like Marciano!

Oh really? Who is missing? Unless you mean big brother, everybody else (Haye, Valuev, Povetkin) have ZERO interest in getting in the ring with Wlad.

What ranked contender is yelling "WLAD FIGHT ME RIGHT NOW"? I must have missed that.

It feels more like this pathetic HW division full of scam contenders is saying "WLAD GET THE HELL OUT OF MY FACE I AM NOT INTERESTED".

Arguably the best fighter in the division Vitali Klitchko for example.

Also he hasn’t beat Haye, Briggs, Toney, Valuev, Ruiz, Maskaev or Lyachovick who all have been champions in past 6 years.
