    True,

    A trolls a troll, I guess. :-:)D

I see the General & The Lounge as a place to vent out for users, or systematically troll others from groups; Klittards-Brittards, *****s-*******s, Slick-Stiff etc. When I want to talk serious boxing I usually go to the Classic but they keep on moving my threads back into the General. :rofl

Do you watch box? Wlad doesn't fight guys rated p4p top 5 or even guys ranked top 5 in his own division...Rigo uses incredibile defence and footwork to avoid getting hit. That is the rigondeaux strategy.....The Wlad strategy is to fight bums who turn up only for a loser check, then lean and hug the **** out of them to make sure they cant land a shot.....Refrain from the stupidity in future, yeah?

Sounds like Wlad won't give up any of his belts anytime soon. That's great news, makes fights with Povetkin, Pulev and maybe even Haye (if he becomes mandatory) likely in the next 2 years.

LOL Go through Wlad's last 15 opponents and check how many were in the top 6 of the division (minus his brother). Report back with the results.

I did the exercise once and found 50% of Wlad's opponents in the last couple years were either mandatory or title unification bouts. Not bad if you ask me.

Mormeck and Wach were unranked. Pineata is ranked beyond the top 15. Thompson didn't win his eliminator and only got a shot because Wlad had already beaten him and would be turning up older and slower....It doesn't matter who he was fighting 5-6 years ago....Now is now and he hasn't fought anybody dangerous in 3 years, therefor he's the champ and is not fighting highly ranked opponents...He's done.

The problem is not Wlads style... it is successful for him, so it's only logical that he should fight that way. The problem is that he is fighting a series of hasbeens and B-level opponents, and even in this weak HW era there are more dangerous challenges out there. The fights wouldn't be as one-sided if he fought the best available competition.

Ok, this is not a discussion about who's to blame for this situation, Wlad/K2 or the sanctioning bodies with their meaningless mandatories or HW challengers like Povetkin out there not wanting to fight him... but Wlad is at least partly guilty in this, if you don't see that you're either naive or a blind fanboy

So you're saying he should have avoided Thompson and lost his IBF strap?

You're a fool. Let's see if Wlad ducks Povetkin as you predicted numerous times. If Wlad drops his WBA belt and avoid Povetkin in the ring then I will make a thread and publicly apologize to you. Until then, you're just a clueless clown :hi:
