For me always vitali was the number 1 for most time of their careers! Wladimir was always the more talented fighter but lacked confidence in himself! Vitali was always the tough guy who has the mentality of a fighter that nobody can beat him! i see this kind of confidence in wladimir now and he can do whatever vitali can do but hes more athletic than his brother! I got to give emanuel steward and all the members of team wlad mad credit for doing a great job for wladimirs career! whoever put the gameplan for the haye fight together is a genius! i hope wladimir is in the game for atleast 2 more years cause right now he is in his prime! and i will glady enjoy his run till he retires! nobody beats this man as for right now!
for me he wasnt! i always ranked vitali number 1 for the most time! If i ask myself now who would win vitali or wlad if they fight i would bet on wladimir! Vitali is getting old and wlad is in his prime right now and is getting better and better!
Wlad/Vitali Vitali/Wlad I'm cool either way... Wlad has more gold & I assume prob makes more $ per fight so... (Anyone know who makes more money per fight?)
The consensus has generally always been Head to Head, Vitali would win. However, it's worth bearing in mind, that peoples opinions on that have really only changed now that Vitali is 'shot'. Aka 40 years old, slowed by injuries and past his best. Vitali probably would still beat him though. But in terms of opponents faced, and belts, obviously Wlad is number 1.
yes i have seen it! he has a lot of experience but his reflex and legs are slowing down now! but i dont think adamek can take advantage out of that!
Basically I agree with your post. BUT: are you 100% percent convinced that Wladimir is the best current HW? Because chances are that his brother Vitali is just as good as him (even if he has a very different style), or maybe even better. And since they won't fight each other, we will never know for sure. That's why I advocate that Vitali should retire after the Adamek fight - win or lose - and leave all the spotlight to his younger bro
