A very impressive feat should he achieve it, especially considering how globalized boxing has become. He is about two years away from reaching it and I see no real roadblocks. But, you never know who could come out of nowhere, or who will finally step up thinking Wlad is post-prime.

Wlad will finish with 20 title defenses. He is magnanamous(sp) and will not offend the butthurt Americans by going for Louis' record of 25.

There have not been many Klitschko threads of late.

Whatever happened to Koonman666 or whatever his name was? He would always post Klitschko threads. Granted most were stupid, but still...

Wlads boxing skills are amazing. Foot work for a big guy is mind blowing. Kinda dull at times but i love boxing and he is elite. I love watching him fight. Wlad size and skills cause trouble for any atg. Has taken less punishment then any dominate champ in the history of the sport

  7. Wlad could probaly fight and keep winning until he's 40 only five years away, by then he should have the record, the only one who could beat him is his brother and they will never fight....

I wonder what Louis would have had if the alphabet soup was around then. Guy would have picked up a WBO strap (or equivelant) facing the likes of Carnera in 35' or Ramage in 34'.

  12. Wlad will leave this sport on a brutal KO loss, that's my prediction. His last fight will see him on the canvas out cold. I think he comes up a little short on the longest reign claims too.

If he sticks around too long i could see that. How many defenses has he made?

    Don't know the exact # of defences... I believe it's 17 with 11 in a row now.
But Wlad isn't the fighter to go on past 40 and keep winning like his brother, when his reflexes deminish he has a big chance to get clocked in one of his fights. I think about 38 is the age to call it a career for him.
