Khan has a victory over Maidana at 147? I didn't know that. I thought Khan's only fight at 147 was that hugfest he had with Collazo which hardly sets him up for a fight with Mayweather. To be honest, if Mayweather fights Khan, I will consider that cherry-picking as the are numerous other fighters at 147 that are more worthy than Khan.

 

That's how pathetic Mayweather's cv is though. khan would be considered perhaps his toughest ever opponent. Have a think about that one. It's true, we all know it.

Okay, I respect your opinion. Maidanna, Ortiz and Guerrero all had belts at 147 when Mayweather fought them. Khan has only had that stinker of a fight with Collazo at 147. We will just have to agree that we disagree.

 

The belts in the fragmented dwarf weight classes mean very little. A fat alcoholic disgrace like Ricky Hatton was considered one of those 'World champions' ffs.

I am not a fan of Wlad, his jab, grab and lean on style bores me to tears but he has fought everybody there is to fight, he can not be blamed for a real lack of genuine challengers over the years but that lack of talent in the division will really damage how he is remembered.

It is a real shame Wlad (and Vitali) wasn't around in the Lewis. Bowe and Holyfield era.

 

He really has fought everyone. All that is left is guys like Stiverne, Wilder, Fury...guys that are probably too affraid to lose and will avoid. Then you got that clown Cannon Briggs callin' you out meanwhileGTFO

 

Wlad's career will be looked upon more kindly once he's retired. People tend to criticize current champions a lot. Once they retire the criticism makes way for respect and admiration.
