lot of fights i thought would be good are now no gos denis boytsov malik scott seth mitchell magomed abdusalamov
Vlad will beat them all without any problem.................He sure outclassed Wilder in sparring for the Wach fight..........
Boystov and Scott were the only two to ever enter the top 10. I don't know how people believed in Mitchell or Magomed, honestly. I don't see how they felt those fights would be competitive or that either fighter would make it long enough to amass a resume worthy of fighting Wladimir (not that many of his recent challengers have been).
The best thing for Wlad to make money, is Tyson Fury- he's one of the most discussed Heavyweight's and would be good at selling the and Wlad would beat him easily, ditto Wilder.
Boytsov & Scott are to easy for Wladimir. Mitchell is not a top 50 fighter. I hope to see Mago in the ring again, but I'm afraid that won't happen. I think Solis still has a chance, if he keeps in shape.
Everyone wants to see him fight Tyson Fury. Fury's fights are showed on NBC. Wlad has never even fought on National TV in America. And when Tyson Fury fights in America he fights in Madison Square Garden .
Unfortunately that seems certain to never happen. He had part of his skull removed to relieve pressure from the brain bleed. He was in a boxing related coma for about a month+. He hasn't spoken a word or moved, as far as any reports go (arm twitches when aggravated, last I heard). Wishing nothing but the best for his recovery. Would hate for him to not make it and think back on me cheering for Perez to fulfill my prediction... But yeah, there is a zero percent chance he ever fights again. Much, much greater chance we see a George Foreman comeback.
I don't know how people can feel this way about this guy. A) Tell me the last time he was "in shape." B) Tell me the best fighter he looked good against.
Chisora retired Vitali will do the same to Wlad Tyson Fury - too much of a risk for Wlad so next.. Pulev - This will be good hope it happens
Did anyone feel that Wlad came in too light for the Povetkin fight he looked drained to me. As your body naturally ages the metabolism slows I think it would be good idea for him to put on 4-7 pounds going forward. As to the question of the thread-He will be 38 in March so I don't believe he has long left in the division. If the contenders keep winning I see his last fights as follows. Alex Leapai Kubrat Pulev (The winner of the Vacant WBC title) which could be Stiverne/Arreola/Wilder. To close out 2014 or happen by Spring of 2015. Then a mandatory and finally a big money match with Fury.
Leipei KO before the sixth Pulev late KO New WBC champ (stiverne) late KO Tyson fury early KO And retirement
Looks like Wlad vs Lepai is a good 5-6 months away according to Pulev. Pulev now has no other choice but to take another fight. Its well known Wlad likes to stay active but he'd rather lay on the couch and wait for a fork lifter to get better than get in the ring with Pulev. The duck is in. Quack quack.
I've read conflicting reports I've heard March from the K2 camp and I've heard the last week of April or first week of May from Leapai camp. I hope the former.
