While its is possible..I know how hard it is to put 5-6000 calories for Wlad..7000? The one thing I think is exaggerated is waking him up to give him a protein shake. Interrupt important sleep patters to feed him vegetable protein. I would never do that

IMO Pac is not using....just like Wlad...hard work, correct diet. The problem is so many others dont do it right which makes them stand out and other accuse them of things because they wont get off their asses and work as hard
