it's very hard to tell with vitali if he's tired or not because to me personally he seems tired with his mouth open, but then he'll still continue to throw punches. saying that though, most of his punches are just arm punches, he doesn't really put much leverage and power into his punches, he just seems to concentrate on workrate and accuracy, which works very well for him.

 

I think that's just the way be breathes during fights, tired or not. I've got smaller nasal passages and when I'm doing something more than just a very light jog I breath from my mouth, but it's not because I'm tired.

Sounds suspect. It's pretty much impossible to gain that much muscle in that short period of time without the aid of steroids. Are you sure he puts on that much muscle?

 

It not a same thing than breathing out of your mouth during a jog tought.

Fighters are adviced not to breath out of their mouth. So usualy if fighters start breath from their mouth, they are indeed tired.

 

It's easily possible to gain that amount of weight from the influence of accumulating water in the tissue. Creatine does it, and it's legal, but you have to be careful what you do with this to not impact organs in a negative way. I don't think it's possible to really gain 10lb of muscle only in that time, it has to be a combination of building some 3-4lb of muscle and gaining another 6-8lb from water (heavies don't need to make weight losing water).

Bottom line, IF Wlad would be on a pro mix of HGH, new steroids and EPO variations, he would get MUCH heavier. He would be in the 260-270lb region like McCline and Briggs, easily. In the upper body shape of the well known "Hayematrix goes Arnold Pudzilla" picture, he would weight 270 and gas after 5 rounds.
