    impossible?:-(

he works out for 10 weeks with proper nutrition... 10-15 of muscle when you train the way he does is not that much for 10 weeks

Thank you for your answer! I hope you can work for him soon. I really believe that one could see the difference between his last two fights, according to his physical fitness, the looks, his movement, stamina, etc.

Filet Mignon sounds good, but doesn't too much red meat promote inflammation of the joints? I figured he would be eating tons of salmon and chicken. But, you do need red meat for iron which promotes higher hematocrit counts and improved stamina.

The big guys in great shape, no way he roids, he just puts the work in. Others could learn from him and his brother.

Having said all that, I hope Haye chins him if it ever happens. I realise this is unlikely.

a bit laughable for a boxing fan that has no contact with a boxer's training team nor personal life can say a boxer is definitely not taking roids. what makes you 100% sure? do you stalk him?

I agree. But it is highly unlikely that Wlad is taking roids these days. Steroids are not a maintance drug. As we know, they add muscle and weight. And if Wlad were on them it is likely that his weight would fluctuate quite a bit. Fact is Wlad is a naturally big guy, but he still may have taken some roids early in his career.

Now, Haye is one guy that I definitely think is on roid. I know he's a weightlifter, but he gained 30 pounds of solid muscle in less than a year. I'm sorry, but that is suspicious and he should have been tested immediately.

the thing with haye was he was a very big cruiserweight, he was basically a heavyweight that had to really work hard just to make weight, and his weigh-in on the night near the end at cruiserweight isn't that far off compared to what he weighs at heavyweight. if we're talking about the possibility of haye taking steroids, then sure, it's very possible he's took some sort of drugs, it's also possible any boxer is taking something, but without proof, it's just speculation. the thing is it's very hard to get caught taking drugs when the tests are so ****, which they are in boxing. tests need to be random to catch cheaters, and it needs to be made compulsory as boxers who are taking something will just pull out of fights so they don't need to take the test.
