Its laughable that people claim 10lbs in 3 months is not achievable. Wlad is a completely different case to Pacquaio. When you have been at a certain size before, it is MUCH easier to get back to that size than it was in the first place. After not being to the gym in a couple of years I put on a stone in 3 months when I went back, and that was just with a balanced diet and one shake a day. Compare that to a professional boxer's training camp with a personal dietician (CHEF, obviously) working for him round the clock and a full team of trainers

People are once again talking ****

Yeah first he needs to develop a pair and step in the ring considering that he ducked both brothers already sounds like he is not too sure of himself. besides now your idol is talking about fighting b-hop, There is a set of balls for ya pick on the aged career 160lber.

Very interesting, and thanks to Chef.

I would remind people to treat actual amounts of fat and ratio of muscle to fat as separate.

Where you a world champion boxer in camp at the time?

The fact is, boxing training tends to lead to a LOT of weightloss.

Damn, that's really impressive. This guy is serious about staying on top.

Other heavies should take note...but they won't.

It tends to lead to a lot of weight loss if you are blowing up in between fights, A heavyweight who stays in shape does not have to make weight so and is staying in shape, If there were no weight classes you should not see such a drastic weight loss in a lot of fighters :deal An in shape does not have the same problem as the average boxer who is 10-20 lbs heavier when not training for a fight,

Your comparison is flawed for a number of reasons.

    1. The weight you put on was most likely a combo of fat and muscle, not pure muscle.

    2. Wlad isn't lacking muscle by any stretch before he starts, if he is coming in 10 pounds heavier and has a lower fat content, then he has put on more than 10 pounds.

I believe Wlad and most of the top heavyweight guys use steroids.

As the Chef pointed in this thread (I believe), they have random testing policy in place in there. They can come to the camp and check blood and urine any time they like. If that's true, there is no way he doing anything illegal... and if Chambers is doing it with Conte, I'm sure we'll find it out (assuming they come more than a week before).
