That's a typical KLIT-ite response. I posted a lot of possible matchups at the time, and all you come back with is HOLY is old and Briggs doesn't move. Holy lasted the distance with IGGY, and Briggs picked up a title. They were still doing good enough at the time to justify the matches...and those aren't the only guys I mentioned.

Brock had no business in there, I don't care what rank he was able to attain...the way they match up, KLIT is a nightmare for him. I have nothing against Brock, he seems like a good person and I recognized his heart when Chambers beat him.

KLIt should have Peter or Valuev in his sights right now. He is however, looking at David Haye.

Beating Briggs would have done nothing for his career. Also beating Holyfleld at this stage of his career proves nothing.

That's now...the picture a few fights back was different. He would have been fighting someone who could reasonably KO him.

Briggs would have gone headhunting for a round or two and gassed out, but he might have caught him too. He got close with Lewis...

If WLAD fought Holyfield the way he fought Sam Peter, Evander would have made him pay everytime he tried to hold...and if he would have kept himself from trying to molest Holy, he would bust WLAD with combos to the dome.

Wlad would have killed Holyfield. I mean honestly Holyfield was better easily by Sultan and Wlad beat Sultan easily. Holyfield is no were near as strong as Wlad. It would have been a big disaster for Holyfield an im glad Evander did not try to fight Wlad. Plus Holyfield never ever called out Wlad. Plus Sam Peter hits alot harder than Evander. Wlad does fine when pressure is put on him now. Thompson put pressure on him and Wlad won a tought fight beating Thompson.

Man your criticism is pure rubbish, who else do you recommend?, Peter?(set to fight his brother, beaten already), Valuev?(he's set to fight). Fact is the man is fighting his mandatory to avoid getting stripped and his mandatory wants this fight, you're also taking Povetkin far too lightly simply because he's Wladimir's next opponent, whoever Wladimir fights you will obviously come up with someone to make it look bad which is really pathetic.

Who do you prefer?, please note that the man is trying to unify and to do that he has mandatories to take off in the process and I'm sure you do know very well about this but seem to be ignoring it.

He should've fought Briggs, Holyfield and Toney?

You're criticizing him for fighting legit top contenders like Brock, Ibragimov and Povetkin, but a 46 year old shot fighter, a 37 year old fat middleweight and a guy who averages 10 punches a round would've been legit fights? Is that seriously what you're saying or have i misunderstood? He shut out Ibragimov who beat Holyfield and Briggs while only dropping two rounds against both combined. He beat Peter who beat Toney.

By the way, i asked what you want him to do NOW, not in the past.

You don't like him fighting Povetkin, so tell me, what should he do instead?

Nice. Who would have thought Wlad would fight his mandatories to keep his belts. Suge also downplays just how impressive it is to be an Olympic Gold Medalist. Povetkin had a great amatuer career and won the Golg Medal. The Gold Medal is by far the most coveted honor a sportsman can recieve.

Povetkin won many other Gold Medals, which also includes a Kickboxing tournaments which he came in first place for all. The man is made of GOLD and call me crazy if you want but I'm picking Povetkin to win this fight and was waiting for it for a LONG time. The activity he will bring will be too much for Wladimir in my opinion, as long as Povetkin takes those punches and blocks some of them it will only be a matter of time before Wladimir runs out of gas and is taken out and against someone as experienced as Povetkin you can't afford getting tired, he's no Thompson.

This should be a good link to show you the man's past.

I know that the pros and amateurs are totally different and being a huge fan of both I really don't need any information about it. But if you look at the history of the amateurs, it always seem to bring the best professionals and for obvious reasons and that's experience. Both Povetkin and Klitschko are Gold medalists.

This was in my last post...

I think the toughest fights for him now are Peter and Valuev...it doesn't matter that they have fights scheduled...he's had a long time to make those fights happen. Especially since Peter's scheduled fight won't even happen.

No no, i didn't ask what the toughest fights for him are, i asked what he should do now! Go to Ruiz and give him an offer he can't refuse, so he can fight Valuev? Please enlighten me.

No, more like he's WLAD's next opponent because he's taken lightly.

You tell me he has to fight him. Ok. Then I tell you he doesn't have to fight Haye, but he's going that way.

He should fight or Valuev or Sam Peter. I don't want to hear he fights the guys he can beat because they make him, just to have him select an even easier mark for his voluntary.

That is just sick. From mid-2001, he participated in something like 15 tournaments, including the olympics and won every one of them with only one exception, where he was 2nd. Especially if you consider bad judging, hometown decisions or just plain bad luck, it's an incredible accomplishment. I think his extremely high punch output (71 per round) might get to Wlad, as the Thompson fight more or less suggested. He should look out for the right hand, though.

Now you are just being argumentative. He's had a long time to schedule these fights. I already said earlier I'm not interested in hearing an argument that excuses his not campaigning for a challenging fight, simply because everyone has a match signed at this moment...they weren't always signed, and I'm not going to pretend to believe they were so that KLIT can be my hero.

What he can do right now is tell David Haye to f*ck off and enter into pre-lim negotiations for his next fight.
