Wladimir’s and it’s not even close. Wlad’s whole resume kills Bowe’s.

Yeah Wlad resume and longetivity is on another level to Bowe. It's just some strange boxing fans hold Bowe at a really high level. I always thought Bowe was overrated, with a very poor defence - he was very open to right hands. It's really embarrassing the way he was TERRIFIED of Lennox Lewis. Plus Wladimir fought for a good part in an era were the whole world could compete, Bowe fought in an era which was practically a domestic American sport and the best amateurs couldn't turn pro, 95% of Bowes opponents were American. Wlad is in the top 10 Greatest Heavyweights ever for sure, Bowe maybe sneaks into the Top 30.

Bowe really only has one good win.

Bowe's defense was terrible. If he fought the hardest hitters in the division at the time, he'd have multiple stoppage losses.

If Bowe had to fight in Wlad’s era where pro boxing was way more global he would have eventually been abused like he was against Golota. Minus the low blows. Imagine Bowe vs Vitali. Lol :D

Wlad would have teed off on Bowe all night and brutally stopped him.

Pretty much. And it was against a 207lb Holyfield. And he lost the rematch. The Hide win was decent but it took him many rounds and Hide had his moments.

Agreed. Prime Wlad gets Bowe out of there in 7. Vitali would have tortured him Briggs style. Lol

lol Wlad dominated for over 10 years and Bowe's only good win was Holyfiled. A former cruserweight. Bowe even struggled with Hide, who got KOed by Vitaly in 2.

Bowe's legacy is built on the fact he didn't lose to Lewis.....

Which is also based on the fact he didn't dare get in the ring with him.

    Wlad. Not even a contest.

Bowe's entire good reputation is built wins against Holyfield. Bowe has a win vs an ATG on his resume, in an exciting trilogy...but that's about it. The other thing that characterizes Bowe's career was him being scared of Lewis and throwing his belt away. Then he got battered by Golota. Bowe was very good but not a great.

Wlad may lack a win over an ATG, but his longevity is very impressive. Wlad goes down as a great.

    Wlad. Obviously.

Bowe was too busy installing his new fryer in his living room to notice that he even had a title reign.

Wlad had the better reign but I think Bowe has the better overall resume tbh. Holyfied > Everone on Wlad's resume. If they were to be matched against one another, prime for prime, I think Bowe would've smeared Wlad's blood on the canvas. Bowe gets really underrated on here but he was an exceptional talent with high boxing IQ.
